I found some aspects needed improvement. The phone in my room did NOT work (it was quite irritating). It made contacting reception impossible. The lack of functionality was a SIGNIFICANT inconvenience. The room service was also slow. It took over an hour for my order to arrive.

i found the king size bed comfortable , with soft linens . the staff were so attentive and kind , always ready to assist with a smile. breakfast offered a good selection of fresh fruits and pastries , a perfect start to each day. i also made use of the gym , a well equipped facility with modern machines and plenty of space.
the bathroom could have used a bit more lighting around the mirror , it was a little dim for applying makeup.

the room was clean the classic double or twin room was perfect the tea coffee and biscuit selection included locally made mugs i used the pool and was glad i remembered my flip flops there was a complimentary drink because of our anniversary which i really liked

The staff provided a warm welcome and excellent service. My nice furniture, and I found the bed very comfortable. The health club was great, and the sea view was gorgeous (even with the rain).
The espresso size cups in my room were very tiny. I had to call housekeeping for proper mugs.
